All of our classes are low impact and safe for all levels of fitness. Whether you’re an athlete or haven’t exercised in years, our classes provide a challenging, effective and safe way to improve your health and overall well-being.

Bikram Yoga – the original hot yoga

 

The heat warms your muscles allowing for a deeper and safer workout, increasing circulation and cardiovascular benefit, and cleansing the body by flushing toxins.

Every class is a beginner-level series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. The series was scientifically designed to stretch and strengthen every muscle, ligament, tendon and joint, and promote the development of a strong, lean, and more balanced body. At the same time, you are stimulating the organs, glands, and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, restoring all systems to healthy working order, and helping limit the effects of aging.

By practicing concentration and determination along with your yoga postures, you can also build mental clarity, improved focus, and reduce stress.

Cyclone Cycling – high intensity, low impact, cardio session

Cyclone is a non-heated, high intensity, 45 minute, fat burning cardio session. We ride to the beat and dance on the bike. The music is our road.

Cyclone is a full body workout. We incorporate choreography during the ride to strengthen the upper body, sculpt the abs and improve coordination.

Because we are limited to 30 riders per class, we recommend you plan ahead to reserve your bike. In order to give everyone an opportunity to ride we have a strict cancellation policy. Please click here for FAQ’s regarding bike reservations.
For your safety, we do not allow late admittance to any cycling class. Please arrive early to set up your bike.

If you are not checked into class 5 minutes prior to the class start time, we have the right to give your bike away to someone waiting.

Inferno Hot Pilates – high intensity, low impact, interval training

Hot Pilates is a full body, low impact training system that combines Pilates principles with high intensity interval training performed in a heated room. The heat helps loosen muscles and the humidity makes you sweat — elevating your heart rate, boosting metabolism and promoting detoxification.The high intensity interval training keeps your heart rate up, helping you burn fat and increase fitness levels. The Pilates principles sculpt your body, creating long lean muscle mass and a strong core.

Discounted rate available on regularly-priced packages and memberships for high school and college students, seniors, and military. Contact us for more details.

Memberships require 30-day notice to cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted in-person and in-writing (via the Membership Change form).

All rates and memberships purchased at Onefire are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be extended. Onefire reserves the right to change rates at any time.
