First Timers

We love first timers!

New students come to OneFire every day, so you’ll be in good company. Our classes are for all levels of fitness. Your teacher will tell you exactly what to do, and you can watch the students around you. All you have to do is breathe!

We hope you’ll come every day because you will experience results sooner. Sign up for the New Student Monthly Membership and commit to coming as often as you can. We recommend taking class a minimum of three times per week in order to see and feel results. The monthly membership is the most economical way to take class at Onefire.

Experience for yourself how fantastic you feel when you make Bikram Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates and/or Cyclone Cycling a regular part of your week. There are no contracts with our membership so you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Wear

light, fitted exercise clothing. Avoid sweats, loose pants and heavy t-shirts.

Drink Plenty of Water

throughout the day so that you’re well hydrated for class.

Avoid Eating

Two hours before class.

Arrive 15 minutes early

to register and meet your teacher. There is no late admittance to any class.

 

First time to Cyclone Cycling

arrive 20 minutes early so we can help fit you on the bike.

Yoga/Pilates, bring:

a yoga mat, a large towel, some water, and a good attitude.

 

Cycling, bring:

water, cycling shoes with SPD or Look cleats
(we have rentals available), a hand towel, and a good attitude.

Wear

What you can expect for your first class

– All you have to do for your first class is breathe… Everything else is optional.

– Both our staff and our students go out of their way to make newbies feel welcome. We want everyone to feel as great as we do.

– Men and women of all ages, body types, and backgrounds take our classes. If they can do it. You can do it!

– You will feel challenged during class, just know that everyone does. This is a good thing! What challenges us, changes us. Your teacher will encourage you to do your best while taking good care of yourself.

– You will feel amazing when class is over!
